I’m creating these emotional support
“helper friends” as a way to make healing feel a little less lonely and a lot more gentle—for myself, for my friends, and for anyone following along who just needs a soft place to land. Each character carries a piece of my own journey through trauma, grief, and reclamation—but with a sprinkle of whimsy, kindness, and quiet rebellion. These aren’t just cute doodles; they’re tiny reminders that it’s okay to feel everything, to fall apart, to grow back differently. They exist to hold space when the world feels too loud, too sharp, or too empty. I hope they bring comfort, laughter, and maybe even a little courage to keep going. You can find more

🫶Session 3: Pebbs Opens Up
Sometimes even the strongest rocks need a safe place to crumble. Pebbs, the ever-steady stone, finally found the courage to sit in the comfy chair and let the tears fall. Across from them sits Dr. Fluff Dandy, part dandelion, part therapist, full of compassion and impeccable style. With a clipboard full of coping strategies and a gaze soft as seed fluff, she listens without judgment.
“Pebbs,” she says gently, “you don’t have to hold it all together to be worthy of love.”
In this cozy room of rainbow rugs and tissue boxes, breakthroughs happen one soft moment at a time. Healing is messy. Vulnerability is sacred. And even rocks bloom in the right light.
