Session 3: Pebbs Opens Up

I’m creating these emotional support “helper friends” as a way to make healing feel a little less lonely and a lot more gentle—for myself, for my friends, and for anyone following along who just needs a soft place to land. Each character carries a piece of my own journey through trauma, grief, and reclamation—but with a sprinkle of whimsy, kindness, and quiet rebellion. These aren’t just cute doodles; they’re tiny reminders that it’s okay to feel everything, to fall apart, to grow back differently. They exist to hold space when the world feels too loud, too sharp, or too empty. I hope they bring comfort, laughter, and maybe even a little courage to keep going. You can find more *here*
